How our shipping works
Behind the scenes, shipping takes many careful steps. But what matters to us is that your experience feels effortless. From our hands to yours, each Niloo package is prepared to travel well and arrive ready to be part of your home.
1. Preparing Your Order
We begin packing your order within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are carefully prepared the very next business day. Each package is checked twice before it leaves us, so it feels ready the moment it arrives to you.
2. Delivery Times & Costs

U.S. Delivery : Arrives in 3 to 4 business days on Express shipping and 5 to 7 business days on economy and free shipping.

Shipping Cost: Free on orders over $70, or a simple flat rate at checkout.
⚠️ We currently ship domestically within the U.S. For other parts of the world, we’re holding back until we can ensure a process that clears customs smoothly and covers duties upfront, because “surprise fees” don’t belong in joyful delivery.
3. Tracking & Updates
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link straight to your inbox. Carriers may take a day or two to update their system, but your package will already be on its way.
4. Delivery Assurance
Every Niloo delivery is meant to feel dependable and reassuring. If anything needs attention, whether it’s a delay, a damaged parcel, or an address hiccup. Reach out to us at support@niloo.store. We’ll guide you to the fairest solution.
If a package arrives damaged, please share photos within 7 days of delivery so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
